Ghetto Paradise

This place is paradise if you don't mind the ghetto life style.
To begin with the quality of the grounds are pourly maintained.
Noise levels are a constant problem specialy late hours and early morning.
Gate acces is a joke they never work.
The pools are filthy and always out of order, jacuzzi not working and full of bugs.
In order to receive maintanence I have to wait for months.
Electrical problems in apartments.
No parking, Laundry fascilities always filthy and half the machines don't work.
Club house and Gym out of service.
Staff and Manager are friendly but will not respond to your inconveniences.
Lake view is realy a swamp view.
Poor lightning in the complex overall.
Buisiness Center advertisement is false Fedex packages are left in your door step for anyone to steal.
The carpets in apartments are tinted when you do a shampoo carpet will show all the previous stains.
This is not a safe community and there is no type of security.
