Huge security problem

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Maintenance company has no concern for residents property or observing any security measures for the residents at all. Numerous break and entering occurrences have been reported and is ongoing. Service personnel, carry no ids and enter apartments at all hours, with some living at in the complex. Car sound noise increases after 2AM .
