Bad Kept property/Bad Management

I passed by not to long ago to view apartments, considering that this is a bad area but the apartments were nice from the outside.
When I walkd in the office was horrible conditions, the floor looked like it hasn't seen a mop in years, the window treatments I guess at one pointe they were white and now they look grey, too many artificial plants with dust, a ghetto carpet underneath one of the tables, hardwood floors got water damage and its visible, the trims around the wondows where discusting, dead plants all over the property, no one acknowldge me until 5 minutes later, the girls where dress so unprofessional, and the leasing desk where so unorganized that it was so bad, and the assistant manager was wearing this low cut shirt that it was showing it all.
I'm sorry but if you want to call your self property manager then you should look at your property alot more.
its rediculous having to pay almost 1100/ mo for a 3 bedroom with that kind of mess.
