In the 10 months I lived in Andover Place:

- noise constantly at all hours
- people double parked BEHIND my car so I couldn't get out to go to work
- my neighbors were arrested
- I heard gunshots at least 3 nights a week
- people would try my doorknob at night to see if it was locked
- the gates were always broken, and when they were fixed, it was only a matter of a few hours until someone crashed their car into them
- I came home late one night to find a woman sprawled on the sidewalk, possibly dead, and a man pointing at her and screaming.

I went to the management constantly and all they could say is, "Call the security company." The rent-a-cops did nothing. I barely saw them.

I finally got to the point where I was crashing at a friends house for most of the week because I was scared to sleep at home.

Unless you enjoy a life of crime, consider getting a roommate and an apartment in a better neighborhood.
