This is one of the worst kept apartment complexes that I've ever seen. The last time maintenance fixed something in my apartment was the week I moved in because they wanted to keep me in their good graces. There was a terrible pest problem when I first moved in and it took me a few weeks to get rid of them. Oh and I got rid of them on my own because the complex took about 2 weeks to finally send an exterminator over.

My car was broken into a few months after moving in. So now I have to carry in my radio and CD collection with me everytime I get home for fear of losing them as well as my car. The fire department has been at my building at least a half dozen times. The first time it was due to an electrical problem with one of the building's ceiling fans. You know...the cheap one that comes with the apartment but has no light outlet to it! My door was recently egged...that's right, eggs were thrown at my door! That's what I had to look forward to first thing in the morning on my way to work!! Last night there was a block party in my parking lot at 2am! Music, alcohol, dancing and all! So when the rent-a-cops finally got there the guests at the block party laughed at them and it took them nearly an hour to leave!

I am so glad my lease is up in a few weeks and I'm moving to a better part of town. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. It is located in one of the worst parts of town, and the people who live here are questionable to say the least. More and more of the criminal element is moving to this complex by the day. If you want to feel safe at night in your apartment, don't move here!
