Over the past year here are just a few of the problems I have had with this complex:
-Wrongly posted Eviction notice on my door (was meant for another apartment)
- Charged me for late rent when I used their automatic payment option
- rude staff that decided to yell at me through the gate instead of coming upto
me and talking to me (about personal information infront of other tenants)
- loud, unruly children running around the complex and pools all summer long
(they even pulled the fire alarm several times)
- complaints never looked into (neighbors were firing fireworks withing five
feet of the complex, apartment staff said it was not their responsibility and
to "call the police")
- maintence walked in on me while I was in the shower (I had the apartment door
locked) because they did not hear anyone when they knocked (I wonder how many
times they entered my apartment before this without my knowledge!)
- Cockroaches throught my apartment entered my apartment from the neighbors and
only disappeared after I personally sprayed my apartment out of my own pocket
- Overall dirty property where the gate never works, security is never present,
crime is rampant, and the staff is only happy to see you if you have money
for them

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! It will take time off your life! I would spend more and totally get out of this area because all the problems I faced where not worth the money I saved!

The decision is in your hands, but I certainly will not ever live here again! In fact, I have let all my co-workers, friends and family know that ANDOVER PLACE is a hell hole!!!
