This place is not bad at all. Every apartment may have its minor problems, but when there is an issue they take care of it. I used apartment ratings to help me with choices I made in my apartment search. When I first read the reviews for Andover I was like "no way" but they had really great deals on their apartments. Overall, when I stopped by to check them out, I liked what I saw and the price was right. I am happy here.

They key word in this comment is "deal". The price is good considering the proximity to the Millenia Mall area, but with these apartments you are getting what you pay for. CRAP. The only neighbors I know who did not complain about maitenence were people who never had any major maitenence issues.
