Not a good neigborhood at all! I never felt safe going in and out of my apartment past 8pm. My boyfriend would come visit me and keep a gun in his hand to enter and extit late at night. If you ask the leasing office "how is the area" they will say that legally they cannot say. Well let me be the first to tell you it is NOT a good area. The cross street Americana is a haven for drugs, and crime. People walk that street all night on drugs or selling them. As for the apartment itself, what the maitenence considers an emergency may not be your idea of an emergency. I have called maitenence after hours for a leaky toilet that was flooding the bathroom floor and they did not show up until mid day the next day. The staff in the office are nice until you move out and request your deposit back. Then it will be a different story. Overall I would not say this is a good apartment for a woman living alone, or anyone who is not accustom to a crime infested area.
