I just moved in on November 18th and not that it went totally smooth but it wasnt a bad experience.

The apartment we moved into was clean and well maintained.

There were minor issues and engineering has been her to fix them.

The Management is courteous and responsive all calls answered within 24 hours.

The Complex seems safe too me Been here only 2 weeks and never had an incident yet with my car or anything.

Neighbors are nice and courteous.

sorry, but two weeks is not enough time to gauge whether or not a neihborhood is safe. The key word in this post is...the caption "great value for the money". Wish you the best in Andover but I will bet my last dollar you will be singing a different tune a year from now.

You May be right but in most cases Some bad reviews are due to people who have issues with the management and are grossly over exaggerated. I didn't hide the fact I been here only 2 weeks but your hiding your identity Hmmmm Interesting indeed.

You think the complex is safe because you haven't had an incident in your first two weeks? Ask management when the police were last at the complex. When I lived there the police were at the complex 3 times during my first week. That's ridiculous. Also notice the surrounding neighborhood. Not exactly a nice part of town. In my experience management is friendliest when you first move in and you've only been there two weeks. The honeymoon stage isn't over yet. Give it a few months and you'll wish you lived somewhere else, somewhere far far away from Andover Place. BTW, you can hate a place and love the management. The girls in the office were all very nice to me, and I got along great with them, but the complex is awful.

Nyre74 is right. this place is "great value for the money". because it is cheap. I am not complaint about that. it is worth the money. Now I am willing to pay more money to live in a better place after 1 year experienced. This pace is not safe definitely. If you live longer, you will see that. You can read my review on the top. thanks
