The manager is a rude B****! she seems like a bitter individual which explains why there have been so many different employees. maybe the company doesnt realize the one they should replace is the manager lady. she is never available when you want to meet with her and seems annoyed when a resident needs something. The staff does not seem happy which feels like it spills over on the tenants. It is a nice property for the cheap rent prices. It may not be in the best area but it's not the worst either. If your looking for cheap rent in Orlando then this is the place but if you expect good customer service than try to avoid the heavy set lady that is always hiding in the back office. I think her name is Tracy or Stacy or something to that effect. Too bad the skinny hispanic girl no longer works there because she was the only one there long enough to get familiar with but she was probably run off by the bitter manager. some people are just not meant to have authority, especially people like the manager of this complex.

I find Stacy very nice and Available mostly by email When I have a problem she takes care of it like me getting new Stove because the old one was a Piece of crap.

The Hispanic girl is still there and she is very nice and always help you.
