My electricity is not up to code and i complained about that maybe two months after moving in (been here a year an a few months).

Your safety is not a priority! the gate is always broken.

someone broke into my trunk while our security guards were supposed to be patrolling.

someone brought a gun on property while gates were supposed to be closed.

Because inspections came up all of a sudden i'm outside of regulations and was given 7 days to move my heavy equipment or was threatened with eviction. I asked how else i could store my things but they have no storage. my storage closet is literally the space of a doublewide casket.

LAUNDRY ROOM: you have to go to the front office to put money on a card which also will bring issues down the line. i pulled my soaking wet clothes out after a cycle and was not offered a refund. They knew that washer had issues.
they dont fix anything permanently


STAFF MEMBERS: The cruel woman (who may or may not have been pregnant) Gave me the talk to the hand while i was asking if i could get some help from some of her staff.
