Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The apartments are nice, full of drag-racing college students however. After 12 months, they will increase your rent by 10%. Too high.
Building maintenance is slow but nice guys.
Management has changed a bunch of times in the last year.
Landlord has taken over the responsibility of collecting our water bills, which were originally sent straight to the water company. Guess what....water prices are up to about 230% of what they were. I would rather just spend a 34 cent stamp than hand-carry the water bill to the rental office every month.
