We've lived here for five years. Since We moved into the Arbors the class of the apts have dramatically gone down hill. This is because of the lack of adequate maintenance and upkeep that would provide a 5 star rating from us. On a scale from one to 5, I would rate it a 3 to be fair. Rest assured that you will spend 900.00 per month afer the first year for a 2 bed room. And make sure you get to know the maintenance guys. It is time to start switching out all of the appliances in the buildings. The apartments just went through a small renovation for water damage to most of the building and some even had internal damage that ruined some tenants clothing and personal possessions. If things here do not improve then you can have our apartment soon.
