I lived here for 2 years and it felt like forever. I'll try to keep this short. My toilet was stopped up for weeks even after maintenance fixed it several times. The lighting is so dark in the parking lot that you cannot see someone until they are right next to you (not safe at all). The insulation is poor, hence a high electricity bill. There was a deep hole in the "landscaping" that they didn't feel it was necessary to fix. The walkway to the courtyard leading to my door flooded everytime it rained (more than ankle deep!). Par of my wall was cracking and the other part was soft and molded from the moisture of the sprinklers outside. There was always mold in the window sills. Maintenance came into my apartment & tracked dark stains onto my carpet. There are no sidewalks to walk on, on your way to your car which has to be parked a mile away from your apartment, and nowhere for the kids to walk on their way to the bus stop or just in the complex. The hot water went cold after 1 person in our 4 person household took a shower, so we were not able to all get ready at the same time. Bathrooms are sooo tiny.

The good points are the pool in the back...secluded & warm. Maintenance & management were nice although not very efficient. Clubhouse is nice as is the raquetball court. The gym is Ok.

The amount you pay for these apartments are not worth it. $900 for a 2-bedroom plus $150-$200 in electricity for a 1100 sq ft apt is not worth it. Keep looking! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
