My apartment itself is not bad. Nice view of the pool and lake etc. A bit too pricey for this area. However this area of town has gone way down. I moved back here after a 6 year hiatus and this side of town is now crap. Looks like Miami with all the gated properties around here. I worry about crime. I'll be outta here after my 7 month lease. Construction on Semoran makes living here a pain. I suggest findng another part of town to live such further north of Colonial.
