Office staff is somewhat bad at answering phones. Not very prompt on doing paper work that is supposed to be done. But they are extremely nice, maintenance is awesome. The building that I live in is quiet. If you have noise it is because you are living in an apt. community and it is bound to happen.
It is ok, not great, but a nice community.
