I only lived at the Arbors for 9 months. It was ok. The staff were flakey and rude. As a matter of fact, the exact words said to me when I told them I was moving to another apt.complex down the street was "you'll be sorry." Also I was told to buy borax for my ant problem instead of them calling the exterminator.
The parking is horrible. The parking lot feels unsafe as there is no light and you park a mile away from your home. They did nothing to alleviate the problem neighbor that took up 2-3 parking spots(not in front of his 2 rented garages) to save for his friend and wife. And when he lost his spot, he took up the handicapped spot. The staff didn't see this as a problem.
They have valet trash service that forgets about the folks with their own stair case.
The gate always seemed to be broken as well.
Someone else on here said their electricity bill was horrible because of insulation. Couldn't agree more. My bill for a 535 sq.ft apt was usually 100$. I am now in an 815 sq. ft. apt and pay usually 75$.
On the plus side, the apartments themselves are fairly nice. The grounds are well kept. I never noticed trash and the landscaping was ok. The pool was always clean! I did also receive my entire deposit back even though I know that my dog left stains on the carpet.
It's an ok place to live but I would never go back.
