According to the Central Florida Apartment Guide, there are many wonderful amenities to living here. But that is only in print and believe me it's false advertising. Pool area and laundry room are dark and dangerous at night. I have had fleas in my apartment for two months. It's so bad that you see them on the counter tops and I have called the Manager for assistance. I was ignored until I walked into the office with bedsheets showing the fleas attached. They sent an exterminter but the flees has not been eliminated. There is obvious infestation. When I went to speak with the manager, she advised that they could let go of my lease and I could go elsewhere. They offered no assistance. besides this problem, The outside public bathrooms are not lit, and not locked. Tenents childrens hide in the bathrooms and laundery rooms. Everything is dirty, there is no security, Everything the other tenant complained about is true. The new management is driving this place to the ground. And they have raised my rent $100.00. Which I think is becuase I have complained about the bad customer service.
