i've been in this complex for 2 years, with no problem at all. The former staff were pleasant and the job, if any was fixed at a reasonable time. Since the complex was turned over to new management,they are so terrible, they suck.

----- (manager) reallY needs to run another complex, SHE IS NOT GETTING THIS ONE HANDLE AT ALL.In order for you to get things fixed in the apartments you have to wait weeks for it to be completed, with you tirelessly complaining about the matter. The area is dirty with trash all around the fence, at the back the fence is bent open that people can easily get through and enter the complex. i complained about it since about 3 months now and its still not fixed what the sence of having the fence around if someone can still get through it and what about the security of the place. Huh what a mess!

Two years ago i would have said it was a nice place to live, but now a waste of time and effort. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. They also raised the rent $100.00 more for what. Nothing was added to the apartment to say your paying for something else what are their problem.

The old management was better, new management, everyday you see someone different. They give poor service , are not people friendly and surely no one you want to see morning, noon or night. the Arbors is going down, well is already down.

Right now im not renewing my lease im going elsewhere, just in time because i would surely have to broke the lease. I cant and will not put up with grap all this time.

please dont come here, find some where else please, if not, you just get what you deserve.TRASH!
