There are no words to describe this nightmare. I have been living here for 3 years... This property used to be like a vacation resort: clean, quiet, beautiful, well taken care of. Now we have new management (DORIS- HORRIBLE MANAGER) and with this change the entire community has taken a toll .. now it looks like a big dumpster. The lakes are FULL of trash: plastic bags, empty beer bottles floating, I have even seen diapers floating (since my balcony faces the lake). I actually think I should be refunded the "view fee" that I pay every month ... my view is stinky water w/floating trash.
We have new neighbors.. and Oh Lord.... they do their BBQ in the hallway!!!!!! I am not kidding.. I am so scared one of these days the building will catch fire, plus the pleasent smoke I have to breathe if I go down the stairs....

The walls in our apartment are all cracked and we are paying $100 more per month.

Music blasts from our neighbor's wall and we've had few sleepless nights. They love to lite up firecrackers especially between 10:30pm-2am.(which btw sometimes you wake up wondering if u hear gunshots)
I am very scared of walking outside of my apartment after dark.. I know that cars and apts. have been broken into.

Ohh I forgot our neighbor's dog likes to poop in front of our door and he never cleans after IT.
If you are planning to move here.... please don't ... If you would've asked me a year ago.. I would've said DEFINATELY YES!..
I think people are better off renting a house 3/2 for the price you pay for this piece of POOP!.
For almost 1000 per month for a 1/1 (with trash view), don't you think you should get the best of the best'

If you are a RESIDENT call and complain to Headquarters, they are the only ones who can get that F*&@*% Manager out of this place... Can't believe she hasn't gotten the hint that everyone hates her.
