i have lived here since February of last year. I really haven't seen that it has been as bad as everyone says. Granted, I have the normal apartment noise problems from neighbors, but that is only on occassion. In the beginning the raccoons were a big problem. But management has cracked down on leaving trash out. It hardly happens anymore, and I haven't seen the raccoons for almost the whole year. I am saving up with my husband to buy a house and we are staying here, for at least another year, unless something drastic happens.
