Ok i have lived in the Arbors for little over a year and a half now. I have had numerous stuff either stolen or vandalized. Whats the front office say when i take a police report to them and ask them why this stuff keeps happening when we are suppose to have a gated community W/ video! Listen to this they told me that this is not a gated community that its a limited access community and that the video cameras haven't worked for a good part of 3 years. Home are they about to charge all these people extra money to feel secure when they can't even secure what they have! i was told that they were hiring a security guard one day and the day that guard started my apartment got broken into and alot of stuff was stolen. Now i go down to the office with my third police report in two years and ask you know where was this security guard at' they said to me that the security guard was hired to protect there assets meaning there office and parking out front and the pool area! Also the gates around the complex has holes in them and alot people come in and out of them and that is how alot of the people that vandalize peoples stiff gets in to maybe they should think about fixxing that too! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE THAT LIKES THERE STUFF THE WAY IT IS AND WHERE IT IS!
