I have lived here since January 2007 and have had no problems at all. I have read a few of these other ratings and wonder where I have been when all of these robberies have taken place. Nothing of mine or my roommates has ever been stolen. I don't even park inside the gate most of the time so my car is in view of everyone that enters the complex. I lock my car and that has been enough to prevent theft. I have not heard of any other crime around here. As for the noise at the pool, my apartment is not really near the pool so I wouldn't be able to vouch for that but I don't find it that noisy. The window/patio in my living room is right by the gate that opens about every 5 minutes to let cars in and it is a little loud but honestly, I guess I just got used to the noise and I don't even notice it anymore. In my opinion, it is a great place to live. The girls in the office are not out of this world or anything but they get the job done. Any maintenance that needs to be done is completed in a timely manner. I have really enjoyed living here during the past 2 years. They just built a Super Walmart around the corner and I think they are putting up a shopping complex right down the road. I will be relocating to live closer to work so I will not be able to renew my lease in January but I definitely would if I could. I would recommend it to anyone!!

So because nothing of yours or your roommates has been stolen you deduce there is no crime around there? Check out local crime stats online and you'll see exactly how much crime is in your neighborhood. I suggest pulling your head out of the sand.

I didn't say that there is no crime in this area. I just stated that I haven't been afected by any crime around here. I'm sure it happens once in a while but please enlighten me with a place in Orlando that is completely free of crime. Pull my head out of the sand? It's really not there, I just tend to look at the bright side of things compared to some people I guess, so maybe you could say my head is in the clouds!
