I am new to Orlando. I searched through this board for about a month, and looked at over a dozen apartment communities during the first three weeks I was in Orlando, before deciding to rent here at The Arbors at Lee Vista. My efforts paid off because I am extremely pleased with the quality of my 1BR apt and the service the staff provides. My unit was recently renovated and it is far superior to everything else I looked at in the $800-$1000 range. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. It is much quieter here than I expected. Guess I have courteous neighbors.
