Has gone downhill

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
This is use to be a great place to live. The apartments were expensive but worth it. Not any more. They are still expensive but management does a poor job in the upkeep. Paint peeling on buildings, weeds in the landscaping, the car wash area looks like it's about ready to fall over. With more attention it could be nice again, but right now neglected is the best word to describe this apartment complex.
