When I first moved into the Arbors I loved it! when I first moved in I loved the pool and the different ammenities they offered. It didn't take me long to see how crappy they run their buisness.
First, let me just say that the pool is fun if you are 19 and like loud & obnoxiuos music all day. The crowd that hangs out at the pool this year looks like a bunch of kids that were retards in high school that are trying to be cool now! Hell, some of them look freakin 15! One of them in particular lives right next to the pool and brings his home entertainment speakers out on the pool deck. Yes, that may sound cool for a minute but try listening to 50 Cent's. "In Da Club"loud as hell 80 times a weekend! I have talked to the office but did they do anything' Of course not!
As far a maintennace goes, my AC was leaking down the inside of the walls and onto my downstairs neighboors carpet for a little over a month. We called and reported this issue to them several times but no result. They finally came out on a Friday night after my neighboors got pissed and raised mortal hell! They were in my apartment that Friday night until 10:00 p.m. Isn't that absurd! My boyfriend and I had a date that night.
Also, the office loves to pride themselves on how big the community is! "We have 700 units"...blah blah blah! This is what I don't understand, why do we only have 2 cardio machines then'
And another thing...there is no designated dog walking area so there is dog crap EVERYWHERE! When I aksed them about that they said that they were trying to get it together. Come on people... all you have to do is pick a spot, put up a crappy sign and send out letters informing the tenants. They are so ignorant!
As you can see, I could go on for days. All I am saying is look deeper before you make the mistake and rent an apartment from the Craptank @ Maitland Summit.
