I lived here for just over a year. When I first moved in I really liked it and I as pleased. My carpet could have been better but it was clean. During the year, things didn't stay as nice. The staiwells were irty all of the time,things were not getting fixed on the grounds, garbage was pilling up at the dumpsters and i had a serious ant problem in my apartment. I called them to inform them of the ant problem and they said they would send someone to spray. It semi corrected the problem for less then a week. I called again and they said they would send someone. whether or not they did I don't know so I just kept everything bagged up in my pantry the best I could.
I keep a very clean house and never let people in with their shoes on. I was always cleaning the carpet when I saw spots on their cheap carpet and I even rented a shampooer once and cleaned aprox 1 month before moving out. I also left the apartment spotless. Cleaned the fridge oven cabnets floors, everything!!!!! Now I have just been informed that I am being sent a bill for over $300.00 for leaving the carpet damaged......OH MY GOD!!!!!! what can I do I am sooooooo upset....
