I've lived here for almost four months, and quite frankly, this is unlivable. I've had a non-stop problem with cockroaches - I don't know if the exterminator who was supposedly here used water as a roach spray or not, but it was ineffectual. My refrigerator has leaked water from between the fridge and the freezer constantly, leaving an unending pool of water on the bottom shelf. For the first month, my neighbors were party hounds and would subject me to thumping bass until 4AM even after the police were dispatched to their residence. The people who park here are the worst kind of ignorant swine, regularly parking on or over a parking space line and forcing me to drive all over the lot just to find a space that hasn't been blocked off by some fool attempting to protect his rusted-out husk of a car from further damage. Quite frankly, I am giving serious thought to withholding rent for this month, and I would advise anyone considering renting here to not do so, it is not a good idea. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
