the neighbors above me are so loud. they bang on the floors and wake us up at 2:30 in the morning. they wake me up 4 or 5 times a week. the 1st time i complained, the staff told me that if they get 3 complaints they will be evicted. well, 2 months later, i have complained 4 timesand they tell me now there is nothing they can do about it.

I have the same problem with a neighbor on the side of me. This person creates loud slamming door and bang noises at least 2 times a week. All occuring between 11 p.m. to 2-3 a.m. I have called the leasing office 3 times now and they said they put a note on their door. Then they said I would have to call the police. The leasing office really isn't any help.,
