I must say, coming from a ghetto apartment in metrowest has made me appreciate this place and the people. I do not feel like my safety is at risk living here, which is the first time since I moved to florida 3 years ago. I am surprised, though, that nobody mentioned the crazy man with the dog....he sits or LAYS in the PARKING LOT with his dog and stares at people who drive by!! He used to take his dog for walks and would MIRACULOUSLY end up ON OUR PATIO!! The dude is creepy. But aside from him, everyone else seems alright. The gates are always broken, though - people ramming their idiot cars into them to get in since they obviously don't live here. There is a security camera, but it is pointed at the people who are calling to the apartments to get in...not actually pointed at the gates where you might be able to catch a license plate and stop the jerks who keep ramming the gates. Also, there are 3 walk-in gates around the property that are never locked, so anyone can get in whenever. I guess I am just complaining about this place a lot. I thought that I really liked it here. Maybe its not the greatest, but its definitely better than GhettoWest.
