I really like living here. I feel comfortable. There are a few things they could fix. It's a shame really because the apartments are really pretty. I have a major mold problem in the bathroom and out. All my windows have grown mold on them around the edges the only thing that gets it out is a good mold cleaner with bleach but it comes back. I also have a patch of mold in the ceiling of my closet that keeps coming back. I hate roaches and at times it seems like have to kill one at least every night. I don't know if we just get caught in that inbetween stage where the exterminatos needs to come or what. I don't know if one ever has. The walls are kind of thin we had an issue with our upstairs neighbor we could here him walking around and vaccuming at all hours of the night and morning. Some of it is normal apartment living but some can get on your nerves like the MOLD. We also have Ygnition cable. No one has ever heard of them and now I know why. They Suck. They charge a rediculous amount for resold satellite service. The HBO channels are all fuzzy some channels the colors are awful and the worst part of it is that you have no other options. My husband works for Brighthouse which is 1 mile down the road and we can't even get it because of the contract the apts have with Ygnition. Most people have satellites. Over all I do love living here and I wish I could stay but they are also raising the rent which is rediculous they are already pricey. I tried to book the clubhouse for my baby shower and they wanted to charge me a rediculous amount as if I didn't even live there. Our air conditioning broke and they were extremely busy but still managed to make it out the same day to fix it. I can't complain over all just wish they could figure out the mold issue which seems to be an issue for most people there. I would recommend it to anyone if you can afford the rent increase.
