These people are filthy. They pick up the trash and leave it all over the corridor. This obviously attracks roaches. The maintaenance staff are thiefs. The lock on the storage closets outside do not lock properly. This gives them an incentive to look through your stuff and steal them. You can never find parking, They have wild Racoons in the parking lot. YOu can hear everything upstairs! and next door. You can only use one cable company, one internet company, and one phone comany, and they all are horrible!!! If I would have known this I would have never spent $1075on a tiny 2 bedroom apt!!! They take pride in their landscape not their tenants!!
This place is not what it seems. It's in a great location minutes from everything, but the apartments are old. Old bathrooms, old kitchen appliances, refrigerators don't work, food spoils quickly. Management acts like you re annoying them when you call them for anything. If you are about to rent here, take a picture of the girls at the leasing office, that's the last time you'll see a smiling face. The worst are the ROACHES, they are everywhere. Even in the pool! Running around everywhere and worst at night!

Don't do it!

I have pictures of the racoon! It eats everyones garbage and then we have bugs. This thing is seriously like 30 pounds and it hangs out right at your door!!!!

Newsflash - Raccoons are everywhere in FL, if there are not raccoons, there are opossums. Heck, when I lived in the Arbors, there was an alligator in my retention pond. These are the things you must deal with if you live in the "sunshine state" and you have lazy ass neighbors who leave their trash out overnight. I don't know how you can blame the apartment on that?

this place is not nice at all ...i can wait to move!! there is roaches everywhere and believe me and my husband keep our apartment really clean....i do clean every single day, no trash, no dust, clean bathdroom ...and i have to deal with them anyways ...i dont know where are they coming from!!!!!! do i have to deal with that too if i live in the sunshine state????? i dont think so!!!!
