I have lived here for one year, and just renewed my lease. I had done extensive research throughout the Orlando area, and as a single female, found that this was the safest and best kept apartment that I had seen. Although it is pricey, the amenities are worth it.

All my neighbors are friendly and respectful. Everyone seems to be professional.

The front office staff is very friendly, and I have not seen any faces change since I have lived here.

In the winter when the windows get foggy in the morning, I get mold on the windowsills, but that is easily fixed with bleach, so everyone complaining about mold needs to learn how to clean. It is inevitable any place you live in FL.

When I first moved in, I had a roach here or there, but have not seen one in many months.

Maintenance is quick. Yesterday I called the front office to report that my toilet was constantly running. They were here within 30 minutes and replaced the entire inside of my toilet.

I have seen no stray cats (unlike the family of them living in my boyfriend's apartment), but I do see a raccoon on a regular basis walking around the halls. This is because everyone puts their trash out in the morning, and does not put it in the trash can, so the raccoon rips open the bags and leaves chicken bones lying around the walkways. This is the grossness of the residents that live here. The apartments sent out a letter saying they will fine people who put out their trash earlier than 6pm, but obviously it hasn't been enforced.

I love the courtyards in the buildings because it is a safe place for my puppy to roam without worrying about someone speeding through the apartment and hitting her.

My biggest complaint: Ygnition cable/internet. THEY SUCK!!!! I canceled my internet service after having it for three months without it EVER working. Even then, they forced me to pay an extra month because I needed to give them a 30-day notice to cancel. I still have their cable which works fine as long as its not raining. Forget cuddling up and watching tv on a rainy day! Better pull out a movie instead! The past three months I have been charged a $5.50 late fee which is completely ridiculous because I sent the check EIGHT days in advance!!!! All my other bills get sent out 5 days in advance, and I've never been charged a late fee with them. Go figure. And don't bother trying to call their customer service to get any problems resolved. They give you the run around, transfer you to 50 different people, and then say their supervisor will have to call you back. Days later when you haven't received that call, you call them and they claim they have no idea who you are, so you get to share your story once again. BOYCOTT YGNITION!!!!

The price hike to renew my lease was $140, which is a lot, but doing the research, all the better apts around here are still in the same price range.

Overall, I would recommend this apt. I am happy with it, and feel safe living here. The complaints are just typical apt lifestyle woes.

Oh by the way, that man with the little dog IS so weird! Does he ever go to work' He is out there all day! Maybe he is homeless, just enjoying the nice landscape'! He always wears the same thing! The mystery continues...

I too am a single female and have been living here for 2.5 years b/c I feel its safe and I don't have to worry. Then my neighbor who was moving out one night saw me in the hallway and told me that he saw someone continoulsy looking throuh my windows and that he finally called the police. Now I am scared to be alone at night and the hallway lights at night keep shutting off. On another note that guy with dog your talking about...I feel the same way. He defenetly lives here, and I saw him at the 7 Eleven. He has fairly nice BMW. He's weird for sure.
