Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Avoid renting here at all costs unless they promise you in writing to fix things on time. To actually provide pest control ( i have requested it 5 times and they never show up.)
They need to tighten up there staff. They hire felons and they will look through your personal belongings.( I walked in on a maintence worker whom was supposed to be looking at my Refridgerator and he was in my bedroom..
I filed a complaint and they never responded.
Forget about the trash Valet. Your better off taking it yourself. Or they will fine you when the valets dont pick it up.
The walls are paper thin and the amenities are usually broken
AVOID THIS APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also you will NOT get your deposit back no matter what.
