I think the good reviews are the office staff making them up. Because I have lived at the arbors for aver 2 years and know a lot of people and everyone I talks to says they hate it. Office staff are idiots. Promise the world when you move in and dont deliver. It takes forever to get something fixed. Manager acts like your bugging her when you try to complain. Black mold in some of the apartments. This is not a good place to live. Ohh. By the way there is a man that roams around at night and people are calling the cops but they cant catch him. Need security. And way over priced. I know 5 people that have moved out do to rent increase.
