I have lived here for almost one year. The people in the office change all the time and whenever you go in it's like you're bothering them. I am single, keep to myself and always pay my rent on time. My AC has broken four times and each time it takes more than a day - once four days - to fix it. The maintenance guys are a little creepy and seem to do whatever is the fastest thing, not the way to fix it right. One of them told me that there was no money for a new unit. I tried to save money but now know why I got such a good move in special - no one ever stays here longer than they have to! The people here are low class and it never feels safe. I don't know any of my neighbors and I hear everything in the apartments sround me. I am moving at the end of my lease.

Do you have a problem with the trash pickup too? My building is littered everywhere with trash because the idiots who come to pick up the trash always forget a few doors and then the raccoons cometh.. The 20 something dollars they charge for you to take out your garbage is a bunch of bull. I've also had problems with my packages getting to me, the notification just never comes. (But the trash 'friendly reminder' always makes it within a day of the alleged 'inspection') I think someone should start an apartment's association or something to get some kind of cohesion between the tenants. Maybe if they won't listen to a few quiet voices they'll listen to a few hundred screaming ones... Worth a thought..

Good thing your lease is done! I think as time goes by the place is only going to get worse. When I lived there the condos or apartments that are around the corner were shut down for a couple of years because of a serious mold issue. I swear that my apartment had the same thing there.

I don't think safety is an issue here, I have never had problems with crime rates. However, the mold issue is a common gripe I have come across and there seems to be no means to fix the problem. If you want results it seems you have to go over management until the ...is it "zillow" corporation? They seem to drop the hammer on management at times...
