Tiny overpriced apartments, friendly staff. Not bad, not good

We've lived in the Arbour since we moved to college in 2001 and never really have had any serious problems. The apartment manager Tina is wonderful, and generally, the staff are nice too. Our 1 bedroom is WAY too small for us to be paying $600/month. It's just a living room and a bedroom. The kitchen is smaller than our walk in closet! It's in a good location (unless it's rush hour and you have to make a u-turn to get into the neighborhood!!) and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Parking is good, and if you want to have a party, people generally look the other way and won't report you. They pay water and cable for you, but it still doesn't offset the price of the one bedroom apartments. Oh-also, if your rent check bounes, they don't tell you until a bunch of late fees have accrued and you can't do anything about it. If you have a roommate and want a 2 bedroom, this is a great place to live. If you live on your own in a one bedroom, be prepared to spend a lot of money!
