overall: not too bad, you could do worse

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000
 
i lived here 4 years. The management is pretty crappy and the maintenance staff would never come out, much less speak english, but I think that happens everywhere. Overall, the place was big and the rent was affordable. I don't like how Jefferson Arbour took them over though because during the last few years they hiked the rent up big time and became complete -------s.
