I have lived here for just one year....and thankfully, my rent is up next month and i am moving out. Just this past week the lock on our door broke and we have not been able to lock or unlock the door from the outside. Therefore, if we want to keep the door locked we have to climb out the window. We have had a maintenence request in but have heard nothing from them. RIDICULOUS! This is an incredibly important thing, something that should have been handled immediately. Plus there are many other problems....high rent for a crappy place, loud music blaring at all hours of the night, and its difficult to both get to and from. Please consider every other option and make this one your last choice!
