I just moved in recently and have been very happy with my choice. The staff is very cooperative and there to help when needed, especialy during the hurricane. For the price that they rent them for it is about right if you are to compare. It's located next to the college so there are quite a few college students. I have noticed that they are making some upgrades to and around the property which are nice. My overall first impression is good.
