After living in this place for about 6 months, I doubt I will renew my lease. After having 3 floods (yup floods) in my kitchen from crappy roofing, I moved into a 1 bedroom. I thankfully will be out of here in January.

Talk about floods! I had 2 all within 2 weeks time.....and when i asked for just a little sympathy...a small request..... to knock off a little bit of rent for my inconvenience, I was basically told "oh well" and "no". So i didn't pay and moved....guess what? THEY'RE trying to sue me for money after their negligence, they were all aware that my Apt had damages before I moved in.....WHAT A JOKE!!
