I was looking for an affordable apartment after the hurricanes and only this place was left... I got a complaint about my motorcycle because it was in the breezeway. A $10,000 bike isnt going to spontaneously combust!!! Then they said they want us to pay $10 to use the ammenities and that we cant grill on our porches. The people doing the maintenance cant even put things on the right way like door knobs. The place is trashy with dog poop everywhere. Neighbors drop their crap infront of your door from the balcony while they are drunk... It's horrible. They painted the entire place with flat paint... Even the kitchen sink so it chips the entire time you're there... Then if you want a pet it costs $400 deposit plus a month free. Ridiculous considering the pets would do less damage than the neighbors!! Don't bother with it. This place SUCKS!!!
