Ok to begin, this place isn't the lap of luxury but it does have a good homey, welcoming feeling to it...the living is comfortable and quiet. While attending UCF my roommate and I lived here for 1 year then moved to a more luxurious apartment complex, but only to find ourselves back here the following year for another during our senior year! You get a good deal for the money...cable, water/sewer, and W/D(and if u go to UCF U get the UCF shuttle as well). With the exception of 1 office assistant the office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful too.
I would recommend this place to anyone!
Oh and another thing, alot of ppl rag on this place about being old, but we stayed in our apartment during the storms last year and we slept right thru them in our 2nd floor unit...according to the maintenance workers the only damage to the property was broken tree limbs!
