Sinks that look brand new...are really painted over with latex. Both apartments I lived in, neither had properly working smoke detector. Both apartments had leaking showers that were never fixed. One apartment had missing floorboards under cabinets in bathroom and kitchen. Stove: only 1 of 4 burners worked. Have a problem' Expect maintenance to maybe come LOOK at the problem, but don't expect anything to ever get fixed! Need to talk to Bea' What a joke, the woman is never in her office...she's always out to lunch or went home for the day. If for some insane reason you choose to live here, ALWAYS ask for reciepts! No one seems to know how to do math in that office. Keep your own records as proof. Trust me, they will try to rip you off! Oh, and those great computer labs, don't bother, none of the computers hardly ever work and you want to shoot yourself just waiting for pages to load. Oh, and can't forget that foul stench coming from outside! Make sure to close your windows at night or whenever the sprinkler system is on. It smells like crap, literally! Don't spend your money here. This complex is way overpriced!
