I enjoy my view. I am nice to the maintance so they generally take care of my concerns. I did have to go a week without a toilet once when mine broke and they had to special order one. The mail room with packages can be a nightmare if you haven't checked your mail lately. I didn't see any damage in my apartment but I'm not really ---- about those things. My electricity is ussually high but i'm a digital artist so that's just how things go. I enjoy having my cat but there are a lot of homeless cats in this area so if you don't like animals don't live there.
