Disturbance of 01/27/2006

Statement regarding disturbance @ **** Spur Road, my apartment number is ***. The apartment having the party was to the right of me (the only other apartment on my floor. That party started at about 10:30PM, I could hear the music as crisp as if it was in my apartment. It was extremely loud. On top of that they have individuals (UCF cheerleaders) outside my door. How do I know you ask' Because everyone was screaming, “UCF Cheerleaders rule, yo… I gotta call more people.” I heard this statement about 5 times during the night. I have two jobs and this is unacceptable. I don’t pay $755 a month to be next to a frat house. The individuals who were at the party took it upon themselves to sit in my patio furniture and knock on my door a few times.

If I want to be associated or near noise and parties such as this, I would have purchased a dorm in UCF school campus. These neighbors are always playing loud music and up all kinds of hours and as a neighbor, I’m over it. I had to be to work at 6AM today (the day after the party). I ended up going to bed at 1AM, after the party finally ended. My sleeping habits shouldn’t depend on my neighbors desires to party. I would love if something could be done. I’m praying this doesn’t happen again because if it does, I might have to talk to your staff about breaking my lease early. I can’t tolerate while living the lasts months of my lease with your company. Behavior like that can only be warned in your part I am aware but just to let people like that really make living here not pleasant and a headache to deal with.

I’m not saying they are bad people but definitely disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate for each family, child and spouse trying to get a good nights sleep on a Friday evening. Friday isn’t grounds for a party or for you to decrease my QUALITY OF LIFE by having people bang on my door and be screaming outside my apartment door at midnight. I called the police around 11:30AM, I never heard them even arrive.
