I've lived here for the past two years and have honestly had a positive experience w/ hardly any complaints.

It's too bad that the majority of people who do these ratings are those who are disgruntled former residents. Whether, these accusations are true or not; there are always two sides of a story. Not to mention, you can live in the lap of luxury of apartments and still get crappy service and have to deal with rowdy and unruly neighbors.

Folks, unfortunately this is what "APARTMENT LIVING" is like. You have to deal w/ other people who may not be respectful and/or the way live. So, unless your a home owner; get used to it.

I personally lived at a conventional (not student housing) apartment complex (w/ room mates) that is only 4 yrs old. It was a beautiful and spacious 3/3. However, they claimed to rent to every one who qualified and yet, EVERYONE (NO LIE), who lived there were students.

I'm a mature, recently divorced woman who had to move there w/ friends who were current residents; due to my circumstances at the time.

I dealt w/ parties pretty much 5 days out of the week! I dealt with this wild drunkedness, all night parties,broken beer bottles, trash outside of peoples doors and the stench and disgusting sight of vomit.

I can truthfully say that I have NEVER had to deal with this kind of situation here at Arbour. I knew from the beginning that if I wanted the "LAP OF LUXURY APARTMENT LIVING" that this was not the place.

However, for the age of the complex, price and location. I have gotten what I pay for: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, A NICE AND COMFY 2/1 DELUXE APT!!!

You're obviously an employee of Arbour Apartments, because no one who lives here would ever say "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"! Arbour sucks, and the WORST thing about it is the incompetent, uncaring, and generally bitchy office ladies.
