I lived in Arbour for about three years, and as time has passed I have seen the management team get worse and worse. I enter several issues that I had with plumery and they never came to fix it. Even the new higher management gave me her word that someone would come to fix two problems that I had, but they never came. I submitted over 4 request to get the problem fix but until this day I have yet to see something get fixed. The management team does a very poor, very poor job.
Also when I decided to move out early there was no way to break the lease and they will not even work a deal with you.
There is only on nice person in that entire office, too bad she is not in charge.
I don't recommend it...based on my experience
