Maintence was amazingly slow and clueless

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Main office had terrible hours, and no after hours numbers or anything. One weekend a water line broke and flooded out a place because no one, not even the police could find someone to call. Half the electrial in our apartment was non-functional for over half a year despite constant service requests to management. People were also too stupid to obey the leash laws and then wondered why people's dogs kept attacking each other. How about a notice: dogs not on leashes will be shot'
