Not so Bad if you like wildlife and wilder neighbors

Been Here for over a year soon to move out, and cant wait. The office staff is slow, rude and the worst part is they act like your the problem. since I've lived here i have had four sets of neighbors, one that threw crazy techno parties, one that would use the shared porch as a dance platform, one set that collected all their garbage on the porch calling racoons and the thousands of stray cats to dig thru it. and the current set, get this owns a drum set that i get to listen to every evening. the office isnt interested in any of these issues but hold your rnet see how quick you get a notice on your door. Maintnance trys but they're incompetant. all grudges aside its okay if you have no where else but explore other options
